Tuition and Policies

Regular classes are from mid-August through mid-June. Tuition is paid in ten monthly increments and is typically all-inclusive. Students who take more classes participate at a lower rate. We also offer a competitive sibling rate.

LEARNS ACT:
Rejoice! Ballet Academy is an official LEARNS ACT vendor. Please inquire with us for details.
.
REJOICE SCHOLARSHIPS: We currently partner with a local charity to offer limited financial scholarships to lower income families. We sometimes also offer work scholarships to families who have financial need and shown themselves to have a positive character and work ethic. Please inquire via email if you would like to know more about these opportunities.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Students who participate in our RCBT/curriculum classes must keep up regular attendance in order to participate in our performances and Olympics testing. (While we do not encourage absenteeism, Fun & Foundations and company ballet dancers may miss their curriculum classes once a month. Students who are absent more than these maximums may be asked to take a private lesson with their teacher at the regular rate in order to catch up with the other students in their class.

POLICY FOR SNOW/EMERGENCY MAKEUP DAYS: If we are not able to provide classes because of inclement weather, an emergency, faculty illness, etc., we will not provide makeup classes. Though we will always seek to hold classes if it is safe to do so, prices are set with the understanding that we may need to occasionally cancel them due to inclement weather or an emergency.

MAKING PAYMENTS/LATE FEES: Families typically pay on our website under the tab "ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION." They are also welcome to bring their payments with them (via check) to the studio on or before tuition due dates and put them in the tuition box in the observation room. If parents are late in paying their tuition, they will be charged a $10 late fee per child or a $15 maximum late fee per family. Whether the child comes to classes or not, tuition will be due each month until the end of the school year or until the parent writes us with a formal email request to drop out of the program. Exceptions may be granted in particular situations such as unforeseen illnesses and other emergencies. (Please see Kim about these).

RBA REFUND POLICY: We do not give refunds for classes, products, or services unless we cannot provide what we have shared above.
