Kim Seim 
​
Kim is the School Director, Company Director, Choreographer, a teacher in the Pre-Professional Program, and a private lesson instructor. A classically trained ballet dancer with over forty years of experience, Kim is also a homeschooling mother of three and a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Her passion is not only to train strong, expressive dancers, but foremost to disciple her students to follow Christ.

Kim trained and performed at the Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan, dancing roles such as Prayer in Coppélia and the Lilac Fairy in Sleeping Beauty. She later danced at a university with a highly regarded ballet program, where she was offered a scholarship after directing and choreographing student works. She went on to graduate from Biola University with studies in cross-cultural missions and the Bible. Kim has directed a Rejoice! Ballet school in Southern California, founded and led His Grace Dance Ministry, and has served as Director of Rejoice! Ballet of Bentonville for ten years. Her vision for Rejoice! Children’s Ballet Theater is to develop dancers of excellence and godly character, with the long-term goal of forming a professional Christian youth company that supports gospel-centered water well ministries.

Esther Pearrow 
Esther serves as Assistant Artistic Director, Lead Musical Theater Teacher, Supervisor of the Fun & Foundations Program, and our Media Specialist. She has been dancing since she was a toddler and is a homeschool graduate. Esther trained at Rejoice! Ballet and other classical ballet academies in Southern California and Northwest Arkansas before co-founding Rejoice! Ballet Academy Bentonville with her mother in 2014.Through the Rejoice Ballet Olympics program, she earned Advanced Bronze (with honors) in 2017 and Advanced Silver in 2018. She competed at the Assembly of God’s National Fine Arts Festival in 2017 and 2018, receiving top ratings and placing 4th nationally in 2018. She has also coached male RCBT performers who earned state titles in the same competition. Esther has performed featured roles with Rejoice! Children's Ballet Theater including Carabosse (Sleeping Beauty), Lady Tremaine (Ella), the Messenger Angel (It’s Finally Christmas), the Teacher (Pinocchio: The Prodigal), and Miss Mary (Miss Mary). Esther is a devoted wife and mother, actively involved in church, and enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband, Elijah, and their daughter.

Katherine Grote
Katherine teaches Primary Ballet, Upper Ballet, and Pre-Professional Ballet, as well as Contemporary, Teen Tap, and private lessons.
She danced professionally with San Francisco Ballet, Ballet Arizona, The Joffrey Ballet, and Ballet Austin. Katherine founded and directed The Pointe Dance Studio in San Marcos, Texas (1999–2010) and also founded River City Dance Theatre, a nonprofit pre-professional dance and theater company. Several of her former students have gone on to professional careers with Ballet Magnificat, American Repertory Ballet, and Disney World. Over the past 12 years, Katherine has been actively involved in church ministry, including children’s ministry, evangelism, and directing outreach dramas. She has been married for 20 years and is the mother of four, along with three cats and a neurotic dog named Asa.

Maryann Koretoff
Maryann serves as Assistant Musical Theatre Teacher and teaches private vocal and acting lessons. From 2021–2025, she was a founding member and Music Director of NWA Lights Up Theatre, where she co-wrote multiple productions and two original songs. With nearly 15 years in the performing arts, Maryann has competed at county and state levels, earning 11 county and regional vocal titles. Notable honors include 12th Chair All-Region Choir (Soprano I, 2017), Best in Show and Grand Champion at the Benton County Fair (2022), and 1st Place Vocal Soloist and Best in Show (2023). Since 2022, she has served as Early Childhood Music Teacher at Fellowship Bible Church, seeking to instill a love of worship through music. Maryann is a homeschool graduate, actively involved in worship ministry, and enjoys competitive fiber arts, sewing, and time with her family and book club.

Leah Martin
Leah is a team teacher for the Fun & Foundations program and the ETC satellite program. She also currently dances in the Pre-Professional Ballet program. She earned Silver Level 4 with honors in the Ballet Olympics program and is currently working toward Gold Level 5. Leah has performed notable roles with Rejoice! Children’s Ballet Theater, including Marmie in Revival on the Prairie (Spring 2023), the Stepsister in Cinderella (Winter 2025), and Ophelia in It’s Finally Christmas (Fall 2025).

Emma Schupp
Emma is a team teacher for the Fun & Foundations program and the ETC satellite program, and she currently dances in the Pre-Professional Ballet program. She earned Silver Level 5 with honors in the Ballet Olympics program and is currently working toward Gold Level 5. Emma has performed notable roles with Rejoice! Children’s Ballet Theater, including the Stepsister in Cinderella (Winter 2025), the teacher in Pinnochio (Spring 2025), and Claire in It’s Finally Christmas (Fall 2019, 2022, 2025). She also participated in the acclaimed pre-professional Ballet Magnificat summer intensive in a small ensemble in their production of Ruth (Summer 2025).
